On your New Year’s Eve table, you will find the essentials of a superb and satisfying Christmas meal. The salmon will be offered as a carpaccio while the pan-fried foie gras is accompanied by French toast and candied onions. To follow, will you opt for capon stuffed with hazelnuts, meunière-style sole or rabbit à la royale? Finally, a quinté of cheeses or a trilogy of desserts will conclude this feast in fine festive style. Of course, our sommelier will be able to recommend the best wines from our cellar to enhance the entire gourmet experience.
A sparkling menu to end the year in style
Lobster and foie gras, escargot and scallops will make up two choice starters to launch your last meal of the year. This will be followed by your choice of hare à la royale, Sarthois beef fillet, renowned for its tenderness, or monkfish medallions accompanied by carrots and turmeric. Then treat yourself to a tasting of local cheeses or a dessert trilogy in which fresh fruits accompany an exotic delicacy and séquoia chocolat. To create a refined and festive atmosphere, our violinist Laure Schappler will entertain us from aperitif until midnight.
