A new menu to mark the reopening of our restaurant
Lobster, escargot, foie gras, prawns; for starters, our chef offers fine foodstuffs in subtle sweet and savoury combinations and has worked his magic on ingredients whose qualities are often overlooked, like parsnips. For the main course, your heart will no doubt be torn between land and sea, between the exquisite taste and texture of free-range Loué poultry and the mouth-watering freshness of fish caught the same day, between the richness of sweetbread medallions with foie gras sauce and the sweetness of duckling. Finally, the time comes for dessert, with fruits, mousses and sorbets to conclude your repast in style.
