Our chef is passionately committed to offering traditional cuisine that is generous, creative, and always based around seasonal local produce. The vegetables grown in the château's vegetable garden form the basis for the recipes with which he delights us, season after season. You will also find the essential produce that has given our beautiful Le Mans region such a superb gastronomic reputation, including Loué poultry, Sarthois beef and, of course, the typically excellent cheeses of the Sarthe. It’s high time you embarked on this gourmet-oriented and surprising culinary journey!

A la carte or on the menu - with its vegetarian variant, the menu of your restaurant Le Séquoia gives pride of place to the fine products of the land, including foie gras, sweetbreads, and pig’s cheeks, as well as seafood such as cod brandade, lobster à la plancha and a sublime tuna carpaccio. On the side, sweet potato and mushrooms bring comforting flavours to complement the colours of autumn.
