For our Easter menu, we’re revisiting the great classics
The chef of our restaurant Le Séquoia has chosen to take the traditional dishes associated with the Easter period and give them a fresh creative spin. Lamb, of course, is given paschal pride of place, with an elegant and tender lamb shank enriched with thyme and honey and accompanied by Tarbais beans. As a starter, veal and morels express all their flavours beneath a delicately golden and crispy pie crust. Finally, no Easter is complete without chocolate eggs! For dessert, our creamy chocolate egg is adorned with hazelnut biscuit and complemented to perfection by a delicious custard. A delight for the eyes as much as for the taste buds!

Tempted by our Easter menu? Do not hesitate to add in some tempting delights from our selection of cheeses and some suitable drinks from our cellar, chosen by our sommelier.
