Our spring menu is here!

Inspired by the superb local seasonal produce, the chef of the Séquoia restaurant of the Hotel Le Mans Country Club has created a menu full of freshness and surprises. Come and taste his latest dishes in the peaceful and elegant setting of our restaurant with its view of our country park and its century-old trees.

A refined cuisine that enhances the ingredients

The chef has gone back to basics, always selecting the best of each kind of produce. Thus, the starter is always centred around a perfectly highlighted element. For example, the rillettes du Mans are presented in cromesquis and accompanied by crunchy vegetables. The carotte, with its sublime combination of carrot cake, mashed potatoes and carrot caramel, makes up a tasty vegetarian alternative. For the main course, the chef offers veal, paleron confit and asparagus risotto, the Loué poultry and its finesse that goes so perfectly with the stuffed morel mushrooms or the Sarthois beef in foie gras sauce.

A gourmet experience to the last bite

To follow, you won't be able to resist the superb Sarthois cheese platter, a winning quinté presented on a bed of salad from our garden. This will be followed by delicious strawberry or rhubarb desserts combined with crunchy vanilla, or perhaps lemon, sublimated by an astonishing lime and white cheese sorbet. Chocolate lovers will not be able to resist the marvellous chocolate mousse with a raspberry heart. Finally, to accompany your meal, our cellar will yield its treasures. You can make your selection from a wide choice of Loire wines and a fine assortment of French wines and champagnes.

The three menus of the Séquoia invite you to embark on a gourmet adventure to discover the superb produce of our region. Of course, vegetarian dishes are offered, as well as little prince and little princess menus for the young ones. Our new menu awaits you at the Hotel Le Mans Country Club!
