Discover the end of year holiday menu at the Sequoia!

Despite the restrictions still in place, you can still enjoy the superb delicacies created by our chef as the year draws to a close. In fact, the Hotel Le Mans Country Club and the kitchen teams of its restaurant Le Séquoia have done everything possible to offer you an exceptional holiday menu, filled with exceptional dishes to take away or have delivered directly to your residence.

On the end-of-year festive menu of the Séquoia...

You will find on the Sequoia's holiday menu the flagship delights of the season, including foie gras, prawns, oysters, scallops, fillet of beef… and, of course, indulgent but totally irresistible Yule logs for dessert. Our chef only works with the finest fresh produce and ingredients, which he uses in his creations in an original way. Treat yourself to the combination of scallops and wild mushrooms, beef cheek and prawns, not forgetting sweetbreads and foie gras. A cornucopia of aromas and flavours to enjoy with your family or friends, wherever you wish.

Put together your own holiday menu for the end of the year

Our Sequoia teams have created a menu consisting of appetisers, starters, main courses, a cheese platter, and desserts. Of course, you can make your selection as you wish. You might prefer two starters, for example, or to put together an assortment of dishes to satisfy all tastes - including those of vegetarians - according to your appetite and tastes. You can place your order by email or phone, but please make sure you do so at least 24 hours in advance. If you’re thinking of enjoying your family celebrations a little later, remember that these menus are current until January 20th!

Discover the pleasures of a top chef's end-of-year festive menu with the ordering service at your Hotel Le Mans Country Club restaurant. Forget about cooking and shopping and devote more time to those you love!
