Our wines and cocktails in a relaxing atmosphere

During the day, light floods into our bar and emphasises the warm and designer side of the place. Seated at the bar or comfortably installed in one of the armchairs, you can browse the drinks menu put together by our sommelier, Fabrice Guihery. At the first nip in the air we light the large fireplace, which immediately creates a cosy, intimate and friendly atmosphere. The hours pass serenely, leaving you free to finish reading your book, plan your next day’s excursions or simply chat.

An abundant and diverse selection

As the wine menu is so rich and varied, you might well appreciate the advice of our team when it comes to making your selection. Whether by the glass or the bottle, you are certain to find something to satisfy your desires of the moment. Of course, pride of place has been reserved for the Loire wines produced not far from here. Reds such as Sancerre, Chinon, and Bourgueil, or whites including Pouilly and Anjou are just a few examples of the gems unearthed by our sommelier. You may prefer classics from the Côtes-du-Rhône, South-West or Bordeaux. Or you can take the opportunity to sample our wide-ranging choice of champagne, including the Cuvée Séquoia, specially bottled for the Hotel Le Mans Country Club by the Chaumont winery. Finally, various cocktails with or without alcohol are available.
