Festive illuminations and Christmas market

Every year, Le Mans is adorned with a sparkling constellation of festive illuminations to celebrate Christmas and the New Year. From November 23rd, the main streets and squares of the city light up in breathtaking splendour and create a magical ambiance. In the medieval and Renaissance streets of the Cité Plantagenêt, the city’s historic centre, the effect is particularly enchanting. You can also savour the Christmas spirit at the large Le Mans Christmas market. Fun for all ages
